BREAKING: “Pay Us The Monies You Are Owing the Corporation” — Radio Bayless GM to Information Commissioner

YENAGOA — It seems the last has not been heard of the Cold War between the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Daniel Iworiso-Markson and the General Manager of the Baylesa State Radio Corporation, operators of 97.1 Glory FM Yenagoa, John Idumange as the latter has written a demand notice to the Commissioner asking him to pay monies he is allegedly owing the Station.

According to the content of the Letter exclusively obtained, the said debt was incurred by the Commissioner through a series of Political jingles and personal paid announcement for individuals and groups amounting to Seven Million Naira (N7million).

It could be recalled that Idumange had earlier accused the commissioner who he claims in this letter had previously sponsored people to call for his “stepping aside” of being responsible for the fire outbreak at the station a few months ago.
